|Poheme develops fundamental information technology for population health measurement (po-he-me). We are a technology spinoff from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
We are building a company with unique technologies and databases to become an essential core of the trillion-dollar market for managing everyday health in the era of aging baby boomers. Our technologies of personal health monitors will support effective daily recording of thousands of features for millions of persons.
Our unique system will enable population clustering into treatment cohorts, so each individual in each cohort can be treated with efficacy and economy, with maximum quality at minimum cost. The cohorts will be statistically evaluated for positive quality and negative risk of different treatments.
Achieving this goal requires using sensors in smartphones, extracting outcomes from healthmessages, and clustering features on supercomputers. We are seeking health systems for active partnership.
